Have you always wanted to make a By Annie bag but felt intimidated at the prospect? Come join Ann as she guides you through the process of creating this spacious and versatile By Annie bag. This pattern is an improved version of the original design first introduced in 2016. New and improved instructions that include 3 spacious sizes make this project a fun start to making By Annie patterns. This bag has a triangular profile with a flat bottom and features an easy to open zipper top. These bags are fun to use in so many ways. Use them to organize your cosmetics at home or for travel. Or use them to help organize your sewing items for classes or retreats. Put your travel iron in the large bag and all your notions and threads in the other 2 sizes. The possibilities are endless. Instructor Bio: | I grew up in Dorchester and then moved to Sackville where I still live. I come from a long line of makers and learned to sew, knit and crochet from my maternal grandmother by the time I was 5 years old. When I retired, I rewarded myself with an embroidery/sewing machine. Unfortunately, there were no classes available in the area at the time and so I had to learn from my machine manual and the internet. Because of that, I want to share what I know about quilting and embroidery with others, so they don't feel that they are going it alone. I try to make my classes fun and I try to help people relax and become proficient with their machines and quilting tools. Every time we look at a new teaching season and new classes, I get excited about quilting and machine embroidery all over again. I love finding new things, new twists on old ideas and new tools to present to our students. |
